Served as the Battalion technical IT advisor, assisting commanders and key staff in a 832 person organization; responsible for the supervision, planning, installation, operation and maintenance of all IT systems and network integration using radio, GPS, encrypted equipment and satellite transmission equipment.

Instrumental in the development of a software startup company that provides logistics scheduling and donor-facing applications to non-profit thrift stores. Led Resupply’s initial market launch in Jacksonville, FL and conducted customer training, implementation, served as the day-to-day point of contact, and owned the relationships for the company’s first 100 customers.
