  At the city, I develop solutions/integrations for and administrate ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and various asset management software for all the city’s staff. My team and I have integrated ServiceNow’s ITSM module to replace our IT Helpdesk’s Connectwise ticketing software, while meeting all their requests and needs; deployed and integrated PowerBI for each department in the city with seamless data interactions for each enterprise-level application such as Accela, ServiceNow, OnBase, and various GIS applications; and consolidated all the city’s reports from reporting software such as SSRS and Crystal Reports into a centralized portal providing easy access.I am also the sole developer and maintainer of multiple PowerApps used throughout the city. I developed a Leave Manager application compatible with desktop and mobile devices using full integration with Microsoft 365 that includes a department-based approval process, Power Automate flows that make Microsoft Graph API calls to automate interaction with Team and personal calendars to display scheduled leave for employees, ability to track a history of all employee leave in a Sharepoint list allowing simple export to .csv files, etc. This application has greatly improved the employee leave management processes for management and all staff, and it is being rolled out to every department. Another is an application that transferred a physical emergency contact reference book into a digital format hosted in a Sharepoint list. This application is also compatible with both desktop and mobile devices. The UI allows field workers to input the exact emergency they are facing to sort through the city’s emergency contact list, and give an exact order in which they should be called with controls that make device API calls allowing the contacts to be called straight from the app. I have also developed and actively maintain PowerBI dashboards and apps for various departments.
