My team also managed the legal, investment, insurance and communication aspects of corporate superannuation plan transitions from external sources.2001 to 2003 - Product ManagerResponsible for product development and managing NSP Buck's product suite, including the corporate superannuation (defined contribution and defined benefit) and multi-manager investment products. Specifically responsible for stakeholder and project management of multiple investment transitions totalling in excess $1b involving several investment managers, custodians and administrators, and the subsequent wind-up activities undertaken by financial accountants and auditors.       2009 to 2011 - Senior Product Manager, Mature ProductsMy mandate was to successfully deliver the management, maintenance, profitability and retention activities of the personal superannuation, corporate superannuation and personal savings (insurance bonds) portfolio of 33 wealth management products that held investments in the National Mutual life office statutory funds - Funds Under Management $9b and over 600,000 clients. At the time, these products generated over 30% of AXA's Australian profits. During my time in this role I achieved 2 significant Successor Fund Transfers, rewrite of insurance policies, product innovations in the area of insurance and investment, and product simplification.This role was an extension of the role below, with a doubling of the responsible products following a corporate restructure in 2008/09.2006 to 2009 - Senior Product Manager, Personal SuperI was accountable for the ongoing management, maintenance and retention activities of the personal superannuation suite of 14 products within AXA that held investments through the National Mutual life office statutory funds. These products included on-sale and complex off-sale legacy business, and included responsibility for rationalisation opportunities. In this role I achieved significant turnaround in employee culture and risk minimisation for the mature personal super product suite avoiding the potential for substantial losses for the business. Responsible for insurance provided for superannuation funds and employer plans.2012 to 2014 - Head of Product, Group InsuranceLed the development and management of the overall insurance product propositions and the combined Melbourne / Sydney product team that was responsible for AMP's group insurance offers. This included ensuring that the insurance within the AMP corporate superannuation range enhanced the attractiveness of those products whilst remaining compliant with regulatory and corporate guidelines. I held product responsibility for developing the insurance strategy for MySuper and responding to the APRA Prudential Standards for insurance as adviser to the trustee.
