I also assisted in facility and food & beverage service planning.I was part of a team that evaluated candidates for 4 departments - Asian Pacific Student Services, African American Studies, Chicano Latino Student Services and Jewish Student Life totaling 8 positions. Also I scheduled interviews and reviewed resumes for 4 additional staff within my own department.   I was contracted to secure all talent positions for the short film, Crepuscule. I evaluated over 200 portfolios (resulting in 50 auditions), negotiated actor contracts and was the point of contact for the actors representatives.The film was nominated for awards - Idyllwild, LA Femme International Film Festival. It also won Best Director - Playhouse West Film Festival.

  I was involved at multiple levels with this student backed start-up film company. I was the lead liaison for securing facility and equipment contacts, integration with our legal advisor and product placement/sponsor solicitation.I successfully produced two TV series trailers: one live action and one animated. I consider it a major accomplishment and I am also very proud that the animated trailer was dubbed in both English and Chinese.
