  North City Business Centre is a Local Enterprise Agency in Belfast and I have worked there for the past 21 years. I have worked in a varied role throughout my time in the company. I started working in reception and gradually progressed to office manager where I currently manage the 45k sq ft of property within the Business Centre.I am currently managing the office and responsible for the ISO9001, writing, implementing and auditing all procedures, and working on the Steps to Success Programme as an advisor, helping long term people move into self employment. I am currently sitting on the Committee of Antrim Road Traders Association to help develop and drive more business to the Antrim Road. I manage all of North City’s social media and currently host #northbelfasthour on Twitter every Tuesday from 8pm - 9pm!Throughout my time in this position I have gained knowledge and experience in ESF funded programmes and the claims process at the same time working within the accounts department on two funded programmes and, working with journals, creditors and debtors, while also completing Enhanced Disclosures for external organisations.
