      • Rotating Equipment – develop/align with project requirements and Recommended Practices (4 separate millwrighting silos).• API 650 and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) tanks – major issues with the projects largest FRP tanks (early detection of non-conforming structural bearing issues), manufacturing issues and in-transit shipping damage led to 2 ½ months of FRP tanks on-site warranty repair in addition to (FRP) tanks support bearing re-work and static head testing). • Koch Knight Refractory contract: (process equipment: Auotclaves, Flash Vessels, Flash Discharge Tanks and large PLS tank); prime coat acceptance, Pyroflex lining/spark testing, brick lining, tank floor grouting/concreting and internals hardware installation (Titanium and Hasteloy). • Quality Surveillance Reports, Corrective Action Request, Non-Conformance Reports • Achieved excellent quality for the project.
