Primary responsibility involved – • Handling CASA, Sweep-in and Sweep-out, TD, Loan and Clearing Modules • Implementing Retail banking enhancements, in collaboration with the development team • Coordinating for the UAT and sign-off and implementation of the new features • Monitoring the online transactions for any bottlenecks and proactively take steps to avoid time-outs • Monitor the batch timings and analyze the Statspack Report for performance improvement Handled 2 banks independently in South Africa.
