  As a freelance product designer, I help clients identify opportunities for their businesses and translate them into actionable insights. By utilizing UX research, I aim to achieve these goals and create design artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes to turn ideas into tangible results.Some challenges that I've been taking during this journey as a freelancer supporting consults and clients of the educational and telecom industry:- Identify ways to improve the e-commerce user flow in the shopping cart, reducing friction points during product purchases and increasing the sales funnel;- Enhance user interaction and experience during the product upload process to decrease claims in customer service;- Revamp the homepage to improve communication with the target audience of the service;- Discover how a mobile tool could benefit sales teams in their daily operations and what product features should be considered and prioritized.
