Use standard framework for managing improvement projects and act as a consultant and an educator. Provide improvement support in the form of training and facilitation of improvement projects. Support deployment of Lean Management System to departments and units in the four hospitals of Allina Health’s North Region. Coached team that achieved 71% improvement in quality of care for Mental Health patients in the Emergency Department setting, while reducing length of stay by 24 minutes.
