Possible requests included reporting issues, placing orders into the production line and requesting information on a particular issue. Our solution involved two main enhancements:1) Recommending services each user is more likely to consume. This greatly enhances user experience by removing the necessary browsing for thousands of available services to find the desired one at a particular time. Recommendations were generated not only by profile data (e.g. age, profession, etc) but also by a Collaborative Filtering algorithm, with sugest services similar users consumed.2) Create a government service to authenticate citizen documents. In Brazil, bureaucracy forces citizens to provide many documents as they attempt to perform civil tasks such as getting hired for a new job, opening a bank account or starting a business. To address this issue, our solution was to create an API capable of authenticating a citizen based only in one document such as an ID card. This process provides citizens the possibility of allowing companies to collect the other documents directly from the gov.br service, while both taking away the companies' responsibility to validate said documents and generating resources to the government by monetizing the API calls.
