  Working as part of the Operational Client Journey & Experience team, deployed across multiple transformational change projects and initiatives. It is my role to lead and support the successful delivery of change into the operation utilising a mix of project management and change methodologies. Fair and empathetic leader, championing both colleague and client, as part of everything I do. Supporting Co-op Life Service's digital transformation working as a dedicated SME.Integral member of the agile product team, working in this fast-paced environment, I was responsible for supporting the national rollout of Guardian, into the operation.I also supported the 2019 central operations team restructure. Secondment opportunity working with the Central Support team. I was responsible for coordinating multiple OD announcement locations across the UK and NI. Working collaboratively with the project team and external stakeholders, to successfully deliver Funeralcare's first operational management restructure. Fully qualified and experienced Funeral Director dedicated to helping and serving bereaved families. Working as part of a large team to provide the best possible care to both deceased and clients. Predominantly working in Huddersfield, covering 5 local authority council areas. My role included care and preparation of deceased, arranging and conducting funerals, community engagement and comprehensive aftercare. Role included taking part in the out of hours on-call rota.
