  As the Director of Recruitment at the William & Mary chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, I oversee membership participation and understanding during the recruitment process, coordinate with W&M Panhellenic, collaborate with members of the internal Executive Recruitment Board, and ensure potential new members have a positive experience visiting our chapter during the recruitment process. Class representatives of the Member Development Committee of Kappa Alpha Theta are trusted members of the chapter who are voted into the position by their peers. I served as a confidential resource on the committee, along with 7 other members of the chapter, to discuss disciplinary issues, chapter development, and programming strategy to overall improve and strengthen the organization. As the Vice President of Education at the Beta Lambda Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, I oversaw the new member integration process, chapter ritual and initiation, graduating senior farewell events, and the academic development of my organization. As the Human Resources Director of my chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, I organized various sisterhood events throughout the year to unite the organization, and I served on the chapter's Member Development Committee.

  During my time as the lead host at Café Colline, I helped maintain an enjoyable restaurant atmosphere, coordinated reservations via OpenTable, greeted roughly 90 patrons per night, fielded phone calls from customers, and processed take-home orders. I also assisted servers with running food, clearing tables, cleaning and polishing dinnerware.

  Student Delegate - Global Model WHO

  Represented the delegation of Argentina in Committee A8 of Global Model WHO to work on the Global Agenda on Environment and Climate Change on Health. Nominated by peers to be the Chair of the PAHO region to propose amendments on behalf of the delegation of Argentina and other regional delegates. Agreed using a consensus approach on a resolution conference paper calling action to the adverse effects of climate change on human health and presented it to the Committee Chair, Vice Chair, and distinguished WHO officials.
