  The NASA LUCY Student Pipeline And Competency Enabler Mission Concept Academy (L'SPACE MCA) is a semester-long apprenticeship program designed to provide a valuable learning experience for students to prepare for careers in engineering-related fields, where they can hone their teamwork skills by working on a long-term simulated mission design process which is advised and overseen by NASA-affiliated Engineers and Scientists.As Lead Systems Engineer, I was tasked with being one of three team leaders of a group of passionate individuals working to guide our project through the life cycle of a simulated Mars surface mission.
