This research proposal seeks to explore how significant an impact an on campus “influencer” can have on improving the overall wellbeing of a cohort of university students and whether their mental health can be improved by being “nudged” toward developing an increasingly more active lifestyle and encouraged to engage in dialogue regarding their mental health.
