  *** Key Objectives: - Develop and produce parts that can be mass-produced by verifying and approving new parts during development stages.- Secure self-quality-guarantee-system of partners during mass production stages to stabilize production processes and market quality.*** Key Tasks- [Managing an approval] Participate in validating risk factors in a new part by checking a partner's process, outgoing inspection system, etc.- [Managing production parts] Performing activities to guarantee parts quality by establishing an improvement measure and analyzing defects when quality issues happen during partners' production stages. - [Prior quality management] Supply parts by performing prior activities with a partner, utilizing a technique to improve quality. - [Quality post-management] Prevent defects from reoccurring by performing post-management activites related to defect history and an established measurement. - [Managing quality related expenses] Minimize risk factors which exist in quality related expenses ( accident, incident, compensation, RMA (Return Material Authorization) resulted from our company's part. - [Customer support] Analyze defects, identify underlying cause, and establish a post-management measure when a customer is dissatisfied with the parts.
