This has led me to be skilled in planning and prioritising work to ensure that all tasks are completed effectively within the time limits (Time management). - In the Deli department we must work as a team to ensure the Deli is running smoothly, this has helped me develop teamwork and leadership skills. I have managed the deli on multiple occasions, developing my teamwork, delegation, and peer mentoring skills. - Problem solving is a big part of what I do day to day at Coles.   I have had the pleasure of being an events intern at TiCSA for the 2023 South Australian Tourism Conference. I have worked closely with the TiCSA events team to plan and run the conference. Some of my roles included: • Coordinate and maintain the registration list including online booking system and spreadsheets. • Liaise via email and telephone with tourism conference delegates as required. • Collate and design promotional collateral. • Attend meetings with various stakeholders of the event in the planning stages.• Attend and assist with the State Tourism Conference including set up during the week leading up to the event. • Work with the Events Manager and assist with the administration of the TiCSA Tourism conference program and running sheets, as required. • Assist in creating the run sheet and order of proceedings. • Work with the Events Co-ordinator & Events Manager and assist with maintaining the speakers needs and requirements.
