  I have 16 years of professional experience in the field of environmental consulting. I am a Licensed Geologist in the States of Washington and Oregon and am certified by the International Code Council as a Washington State Site Assessor. I have worked on remediation projects in Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Ohio, Maine, Idaho and Texas. My site experience includes work for government and private contracts involving underground and above ground storage tanks (USTs and ASTs), product dispensing systems, landfill characterization work, retail and bulk petroleum distribution facilities and refineries, dry cleaners and other chlorinated solvent contaminant sources, asbestos removal in Libby Montana, and Department of Energy work in Portsmouth, Ohio. I am an very experienced in the characterization of sites in the Puget Sound region where sites are typically underlain by complex sequences of glacially deposited soil. I am especially skilled in lithologic and stratigraphic interpretation and how it relates to the conceptual site model. I am skilled in the production of proposals, letters, and technical reports with regard to all phases of environmental site assessments and soil and groundwater remediation and project management skills and techniques including proposals, contracting and subcontractor procurement.
