      β–ͺ Post superannuation from the Indian Army in Dec 2020, I served as the Uttar Pradesh State PMU Lead for the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Immunization PMU from Jan 2021 - Mar 2023.β–ͺ During my tenure I was responsible for providing technical and strategic leadership, overseeing administrative and managerial aspects, and ensuring effective monitoring of the project. β–ͺ I managed a diversified team of Analysts & Public Health professionals, planned / monitored their activities, and used multiple MEL frameworks to identify opportunities to improve immunization outcomes in the state. β–ͺ We worked closely with the state government, mutilple stakeholders and partners, to provide technical assistance, build relationships with immunization partner leadership, and also represented the PMU at national and state meetings and public health forums. β–ͺ Our efforts resulted in a 12 percentage point increase in Full Immunization Coverage (FIC) in our allocated areas of intervention.
