  • Ensure that SQ operates in an environment adhering to policies/guidelines set out by the company and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.• Assure SQ maintains high customer service standards on the ground. This is based on the guidelines set out by SQ's Airport Operations Department. We adheres to these standards at all times.•Prepare and execute programs to handle flight disruptions, to minimize inconvenience to customers through service differentiation and maximize station readiness.• Handle customer queries and provide resolution in accordance with the company’s regulations.• Manage service partners (Airport authorities, Ground handling, Catering and Security service) to ensure SQ standards and procedures are complied with at all times. This is achieved through training and regular performance evaluations.• Develop and implement various initiatives to drive the station's performance to achieve and exceed key performance indicators set out by Head Office Airport Operations. • Manage vendor contracts and procurements to ensure compliance with finance requirements.• Support the Station Manager in adhoc projects.
