  Started at Pauffley as the Night Manager of Generator, the typesetting arm of Pauffley, which in 2002 got amalgamated into Pauffley.At its height Pauffley employed 130 and my night team consisted of 8 full-time staff and extra freelancers in the busy season.Re-structuring over the next 6 years saw Pauffley shrink to 20 and my role as manager become hands-on manager. They eventually got rid of the night shift in May 2009 when they combined with FHD.
