      When I first started the majority of my role was based around data entry. At every opportunity I moved around the team to get a wider knowledge of how Resource Planning works. I became the only site administrator on the team and not only completed all my own work within the set deadlines but managed my time effectively; which enabled me to take on ad-hoc project work. In this post I was responsible for generating cost savings of around £2,000 by reviewing processes; allowing them to run smarter and ultimately save time. During my time in this post I was successfully seconded into the Training Scheduling Analyst job for eight weeks.
