The project was tasked with creating new strategies for reviving the declining printing industry. Kastner AG was a traditional firm a focus on quality but was finding it difficult to keep up with more nimble competitors which had modern and attractive websites (but with less focus on quality).We advised Kastner AG to shift their market focus towards a target audience that appreciated traditional crafting techniques, such as art galleries, museums, design students and publishers.
