      My dissertation was on the effect of university based technology incubator services on the performance of digital enterprises in Kenya. My research findings showed that the incubators have moderate impact on performance in terms of growth of revenue, employment and innovation. However, more needs to be done to strengthen university incubators in Kenya for them to achieve their full potential and exploit Kenya's latent potential in digital enterprises.
