  Integrated Personnel and Pay System Army (IPPS-A) Coordinator Lead: I serve as part of a two-person team hired to perform the role of the Training Resource Administrator ensuring all required USAREC personnel were scheduled for the correct IPPS-A training based on their role in the system. I manage the IPPS-A deployment process by ensuring all required USAREC personnel have completed the required training prior to the go live date.
