  I am associated with this community since 2018. That's when I started applying Lean in Healthcare Services. Driving Social Changes requires lots of patience, resilience and we should be highly Outcome and Innovation Focused. During COVID-19, I was appointed to COVID First-Line Treatment Centre (CFLTC) multiple times. I was also part of many COVID-19 Initiatives by the Government. I applied the Lean-Agile Outcome and Innovation Method to drive many projects, programs, and Social Changes.
