  I was responsible for proactively managing Field Agent’s International business and operations across their growing network of 7 country partners. This includes being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for day-to-day operations, communicating and collaborating new systems updates, and managing new country systems setup. I managed the implementation of global client programs and collaborated with Field Agent’s international partners to provide a consistent global brand and client experience. This role required lots of cross-functional collaboration with Development, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to grow and support Field Agent International programs and product strategies.During my time in this role, I helped to create 2 marketing resources for our network of country partners: A Marketing Coordinator role and a Creative Resource. Both of these aided the country partners to align with the US brand and look. These documents included capability decks, one-pagers, websites, and custom materials for key clients.
