I designed permanent signage, large-format window graphics, café signage, floor stickers, Gallery magazine ads, exhibition reports and tickets in keeping with the official brand guidelines. I developed a social media strategy and built a social media presence from scratch for the National Gallery Shop that significantly boosted engagement. This included writing and publishing content and creating product photographs for content on Instagram and use on the online shop as well as collaborating with the Communications team to align our marketing strategies.
