  o Worked as a Computer Technician while attending high school and was heavily involved with many system conversions including: MS Windows NT networking (previously Novell) and 10 or more Windows NT4 server computers designed to service a 1200+ computer network. Created Norton Ghost image files for respective grade levels with variations in software/security; helped roll out the new yearly image conversions to over 1200 PCs each summer and was a team player due to the time restraints involved. Helped image and create mobile wireless laptop laboratories. Installed new computers and printers. Installed a two server Microsoft Proxy Server array to act as an internet proxy for the entire district. Attended daily help desk requests catalogued by a ticketing system. Created and installed CAT5 network cabling. Was involved with technology training programs for the teachers in the school district. Became fluent with various operating systems including Windows 95, 98, XP, and NT4. Become fluent with various hardware technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
