Co-authored a comprehensive report providing strategic recommendations for transitioning industrial gas-fired captive power generation to grid electricity, aimed at enhancing the financial viability of Pakistan's power system.• Sell-side advisory for privatization of Heavy Electrical Complex (HEC), a 3,000 MVA power transformer manufacturing facility: Under partner supervision, led advisory team in coordinating financial/legal due diligence, investor marketing, and roadshows. Provided commercial input on SPA, led transaction structure negotiations, and managed the bidding process.
