  For an Easter celebration, the client requested a poster design that featured information about the event. The client wanted the design to be easily read and black and white so it could be printed on different pastel colors of paper. With these requests in mind, I designed four different versions for the client to choose from. The designs mainly consisted of typography and Easter-themed vector graphics. I exported the flyers as PDFs and printed a sample of each. The samples were reviewed by the client and used to copy the flyers onto the appropriate paper. Show less

  The client requested designs for their Twitch channel such as a profile picture and buttons. The client wanted the designs to be red, black, and white in color with an exciting and graphic look. I began by researching trends and became inspired by the slants and diagonals of rhombus-like shapes. I also found that thick type face reflected the same excitement as the rhombus and created vectors in the same style as the type face. Combing all of these elements, I created my designs. After reviewing the designs with the client, I exported the buttons as PNGs and the profile picture as a JPG. The client received files via Google Drive. Show less

  The client requested a logo design, branding board, invoice, and other branding materials for their upcoming DIY’d home decor Etsy store. The branding materials were for print and web. I chose what branding materials to design based off of what the costumer requested and what I thought would best suit their vision. After a set number of designs were created, the client wanted to wait until they had created more stock for their store before they officially opened the store online. Unfortunately in May, the client ran into some complications and is unable to continue business until the the complications are resolved. Show less

  As an E-Commerce Personal Shopper, I have to complete the following tasks day-to-day: Collect and scan items quickly and accurately for multiple online orders at a timeOrganize totes efficiently for orders into respective time slots to be taken out to customer vehicles Collaborate with coworkers to help problem solve issues and to complete tasksCommunicate with customers and drivers face-to-face and over the phone Transport customer and delivery orders promptly via dollies to their vehicles Quality check totes to make sure no items are not out of date, damaged, or incorrect Sort and organize up to 100 small orders before delivery drivers arrive to collect said ordersSweep, wipe down doors, and remove trash for main work areaThis role is fast-paced. Though many of these tasks can be done through team work, there have been many times where I have had to step up and do said tasks by myself. If you do not take initiative in this role, the whole team and overall department performance can be negatively affected.
