      Managed a 106,000 square foot office and retail park located in South Dade. Successfully elevated the building’s occupancy from ten percent (10%) to fifty-one percent (51%) in eighteen (18) months. Effectively managed all property listing information monthly via online resources such as LoopNet and CoStar. Liaison between tenants and owner to ensure that each party’s obligations per the lease were met and addressed all concerns of tenants, coordinated new tenant move-ins and tenant move-outs.
