Responsible for both operation and technical in Beijing Masterbatches site, incl. production, warehouse, maintenance, R&D and QC. Responsible for roll-out CPS (Clariant Production System) in all masterbatches sites in Asia Pacific Region, and support lean manufacturing tools and concepts be implemented in site as a certified Black Belt.Foster leadership and change management and build up the culture of continuous improvement in different sites.Support site management team to improve operational KPIs and realize hard benefits. Built and maintained the regular commercial and operational report, and carried out deep-dive analysis accordingly for Masterbatches Great China.Support the sites as a controller role, including regular financial KPIs tracking, budget setting, sales forecasting, investment plan, etc.Led Lean-Sigma projects as a certified Green Belt. Responsible for R&D, major focus pigment development, and one patent was obtained.As site system coordinator, responsible for building up ISO 9000/14000/18000 system in plant, and supporting company be certificated.Responsible for SAP Roll-out. Rotational assignments in Beijing, Tianjin and Hangzhou to take different responsibility. The working contents covered both technical part and site system management.
