  Head of the Field Studies department at a busy children’s residential centre.I write and prepare course materials for Geography and Biology fieldwork at A-level and GCSE; and Geography, Maths and Science at KS2 and KS3.I manage a team of instructors and team leaders to provide excellent customer service and fieldwork provision for thousands of young guests every year. I am head of the study course department at PGL Osmington Bay. I lead a team of Field Studies Instructors at a busy residential centre on the Dorset coast. Duties include line managing a team of individuals; training & monitoring of session delivery, content & safety and creating & consolidating resources. I spent 2 years as a Field Studies instructor, leading sessions mainly in Geography and Biology for all ages from KS2 to A-Level. Sessions led also include Statistics, Maths, ICT & Science. As part of my role, I also led outdoor activity sessions including Quad Biking, Archery, Rifle Shooting & Mountain Biking.
