      Deborah Allen entered the world of beauty at the age of 18 after landing a job as a beauty consultant for Lancôme and has never looked back. Her passion for skincare and makeup has seen her career span over 30 years in varying roles within the industry. After building two successful beauty businesses, Deborah made the decision to share her knowledge and experience with others and pursued a career in education and training. The next 15 years were devoted to training beauty and laser therapists to gain the Government recognised qualifications required to maintain the highest standards and integrity of the beauty and laser industry. During her career as the Head of Education and Training for a large Sydney based RTO Deborah trained hundreds of students, many of them now owning their own successful businesses and are sought after professionals working with prestigious companies worldwide. Recently opening Unify Skin & Laser Clinic in Bathurst to provide safe and effective Laser Tattoo Removal, Skin Rejuvenation and advanced anti aging treatments to the regional areas of the Central West.
