In carrying out the O&M Services, KPJB applies World Class Management Standard supported by experienced and competence employees and also supported by experienced and trusted mother companies engaged in power plant business.Vicky is experience on management of water treatment and waste water treatment plant including the operators, chemical stock management, boiler water management, laboratory management and analysis (water and oil), budget management, document management including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 140001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. He understand about reverse osmosis system, demineralized system, clarifer and DMF system, chlorination system, boiler water system for AVT.Also, he has certification of Chemical Occupational Safety & Health Expert by Indonesia Ministry of Manpower, and water treatment trained by Toshiba and Mitsubishi Japan.   As part of the national strategic program of 35,000 MW by the Indonesian government, the Jawa 9&10 Coal Fired Steam Power Plant project is deploying OECD-made 2x1000MW ‘most efficient Steam Turbine Generator’ and ‘latest generation Ultra-Super Critical (USC) Boiler with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)’ technology to be combined with the most complete emission control equipment ever implemented by any power plant in Indonesia. The Jawa 9 &10 project is delivering efficient, reliable and environmentally responsible base-load electricity supply to PLN for industries, businesses, and residences throughout Java and Bali.Indo Raya Tenaga, as the developer of the Jawa 9 & 10 project, aims to excel beyond stakeholders’ expectation to become developer and operator of choice, and to be the benchmark and showcase for being the best in every aspect of a large scale IPP in Indonesia. We are Indonesia’s lowest emission USC+SCR Power Plant operator and we are implementing (and ready to embark with PLN on) net zero transition initiatives.In compliance with the applicable Lenders’ E&S standards for managing the Project’s E&S risks, PT Indo Raya Tenaga (IRT) has developed an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) that are specific to the Project. The impact assessment process has identified the key environmental, social and community health issues, the impacts associated with the Project which requires the implementation of a wide range of mitigation measures. The necessary actions required to manage these issues, impacts and risks are presented in the Project’s ESMP, including other best practice measures designed to avoid, minimize or reduce negative impacts and enhance positive impacts. With a smelter input capacity of 900,000 tonnes per annum (tpa), we will process copper concentrate from the Batu Hijau mine and the Future Elang mine under our ownership.Responsible for managing and overseeing all environmental aspects of the copper and gold smelter operation to ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and company policies. This role leads the development and implementation of environmental management systems, monitors environmental performance, and supports sustainable practices across air, water, waste, and emissions management.
