  After 13 yrs with Safra Group (last 4yrs. as director of Banque Safra Luxembourg SA), G Bezerril joined the ITAU Group with the challenge of setting up, from scratch, and run (as CFO and statutory director) the operations of ITAU´s 1st. international private banking operation, i.e. Banco Itaú Europa Luxembourg SA. In addition held positions as Director and Trust Officer, of BIE Bank & Trust (fiduciary services, companies & trust activities) and as Director of numerous investment fund structures set up in Luxembourg and others offshore acquired from other banks via a holding company set up for that purpose in Switzerland.
