      2021- Created a automatic walk up ticket creator using excel/VBA (It is now implemented by other teams across Blue Origin) This helped cut the time when supporting walk up technical issues from 3-5 mins per issue trough out the day. - Created a wiki to list all printer parts the IT usually could replace before contacting vendor (This list is for all models we currently have at BlueOrigin)- Setup a standardized way of only ordering certain printers. Instead of having multiple different ones across all sites.- Setup automatic alerts using our JIRA ticketing system and the printer settings when toner or other items are end of life on the printer. - Inventory tracking for printers.2020- Supporting Mac, Linux, and windows environments. Averaging 3500 resolved tickets for 2020. - Got hired on fulltime and they also hired on my 2 siblings because management wanted the same work ethic replicated - Became the SME for printers: Implemented printer documentation, cloud based papercut printing, and printer downtime went down by 90% after doing the above. - Helped with implementing cloud based printing across all 4 sites/states- Created 35% of the documentation for IT internal troubleshooting (Internal documentation)- Implemented a signage TV system to answer basic WalkUp questions for users to reduce walk up support/time- Maintained high ticket resolution while balancing out: Walk Ups, Field-tech Manufacturing support, and projects- Helped keep the team together during the pandemic so that we could interact with each other: Playing video games, Saturday night movie night, group lunches, and many more fun activates. 2019- Resolved the most tickets that year, over 3000 done. - Mass imaging for new hires - Helped setup the new HQ building in kent: Tested wireless, Setup over 300 computers in less then 3 days.
