I worked with an external lab to evaluate the impact of MAP and Vacuum packaging (VP) on the finished product.       I managed the hydrocolloid palatability project and evaluated the impact of hydrocolloid concentration and ratio on wet petfood palatability and validated my findings through feeding tests. I planned and conducted trials(kitchen, pilot plant scale), as well as carried out physicochemical analyses like texture, shelf life, shelf stability, syneresis and viscosity. In addition to this, I collaborated with internal and external experts to screen for palatable petfood ingredients.
