  Make sure that all transactions (attendance – deductions) are processed according to procedures Preparing all the statistics that might be needed concerning salaries and benefits Prepare the monthly tax report and the annual tax settlement Review final settlements of employees in case of employment termination Manage monthly payroll preparation, reconcile payroll results, auditing and posting Create and update personnel records for each employee and maintain the employee database system. Handle employees' social and medical insurance procedures. I Have knowledge of all Forms 1, 2 and 6. Ensure contracts renewal and termination. maintain good relations and communication with governmental authorities. Follow up probation periods. Handle monthly attendance reports.
