  My role was to assist with basic tasks, which included formatting spreadsheets and documents, downloading photos on client FTP servers, uploading to our servers, manipulating .CSV files and making simple cuts in vehicle photographs. I manipulated an average of 400 photographs a day before creating automation scripts in shell script with the GD library, which allowed me to automate 100% of the process. It was my first automation project.

  Medium-sized insurance broker, member of the holding company AB - Abolição, specialized in car insurance. I had the opportunity to deploy various software, developed many utilities in PHP / MySQL and led an important migration process of the brokerage management software, which at the end of the migration originated in the creation of several other processes of continuous improvement, customer service and automation task. Our low-cost infrastructure supported controlled access in more than 10 remote business units with high availability. We used VMware ESXi, Windows Server with RDP on remote stations, Linux CentOS, PHP, SQL Server, MySQL, Apache and connectivity via MPLS. Show less

  My mission was to open a branch of the company in Rio de Janeiro and for that I received training at the headquarters in Curitiba on the functioning and organization of all teams, being: SEM (SEO + sponsored links), email marketing, development of systems, design and content production. The focus was on the design and management of sponsored link campaigns on Google Ads, as we were the pioneering online advertising agency and leader in the purchase of media at Google in Latin America.   In 2011 we founded the insurtech Leve Seguros, a startup focused on car insurance. I designed and planned all integrations and technology demands, in addition to personally recruiting, training and managing the sales team throughout the company's life cycle. Leve Seguros' latest project was a smartphone app developed with Titanium, which was used by car salesmen. This app was integrated with several databases and allowed the seller, with little data, to submit an insurance quote in 30 seconds. In 2015, Abolição Seguros fully incorporated Leve Seguros, which caused my return to the company's management. Show less

  I merged Abolição Seguros with Leve Seguros, which included teams, processes, systems and databases. We took advantage of all the technology developed at Leve Seguros. We migrated our entire virtualization infrastructure with VMware ESXi to a private cloud at Oi Cyber Data Center. At the end of 2017, I carried out the operational merger of Abolição Seguros with RBM Seguros, which included physical reallocation, consolidation of processes, databases and teams.

  In 2017, I developed the first robots for data capture and business intelligence, which later originated the Carro Para Todos, the first ConsórcioTech (Pre-purchase financing pool + Technology) in Brazil. We created a new methodology for installment purchases, using the pre-purchase financing pool system integrated with predictive techniques for planning the payoff. As a responsive platform, we used the latest React, Node.js, Nginx and MongoDB.

  Process automation (RPA - Robotic Process Automation), implementation of BI tools - Business Intelligence (including ETL steps), creating digital marketing and management tools are some of the challenges. I developed several web scraping robots and led several data integration projects.
