  I was the finance minister of the school parliament which primarily involved handling the school parliament's monetary activities. The role also included organizing some significant cultural events throughout the year and managing its funds earning huge profits out of the same. As a finance minister, I also held the responsibility to organize competitions and consistent financial weeks during my tenure to make students aware of various financial concepts and saving techniques.

  I run my own art venture- "Tanmeet Art Works" with the desire to propagate social issues with the help of diverse art forms and portray my thoughts over emerging issues of importance. I also prepare creative customized orders catering to the specified demands of my customers.

  My role involved carrying out all the essential Club operations along with efficiently handling the whole team. I advised the team on important matters owing to my experience that I had gained after contributing a significant amount of time to the Club over the years. I provided significant support to the editorial team throughout the year. As the Editor-in-Chief, I was responsible for the creation of Club's monthly newsletter- "The Vision" along with necessary formal reports and documents. Leading the editorial board of the Club, I also took charge to ensure the active participation of each and every member injecting motivation and increasing their efficiency. My work involved creating the Club's monthly reports and newsletters along with other formal document required for its operations. Apart from my position's obligatory roles, I also contributed to the decor department, Club's fund raising activities, fieldwork and active participation in its events and visits. I served as the co-event head for one of the flagship events- "Social Quotient- a business plan competition" at Club's annual socio-cultural fest- "Consortium". As the co-head, I had to lead a team of 8 members, getting the following tasks completed-~ Marketing and Tech~ Ensuring its wider reach and participation ~ Decor As a member, I took keen interest in working for the content and decor department. Also, actively participated in all the visits and work operations of the Club.

  I served as the Vice Chairperson of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) at Niscort Fr. Agnel School Model United Nations Conference conducted from 4th January, 2021 to 5th January, 2021 through virtual medium. The committee discussed and deliberated over the following agenda- “Promoting equitable economics growth of societies in developing countries, with special emphasis on post covid period”.

  After progressing to the role of a Senior Actuarial Analyst, my role was to: 1. Check and perform valuations for complex pension schemes with varied benefits and prepare detailed reports of their subsequent results. 2. Check funding updates, monthly factor updates and transfer value calculations of a range of pension schemes.3. Continue to check and perform accounting work and prepare required reports.4. Mentor new joiners to resolve their doubts and guide them for a better understanding of the work we do. 5. Be a part of the Engagement Council at Aon and contribute to conducting bonding activities for fellow colleagues. Calculation of Cash Equivalent Transfer Values (CETV) and catering to queries for the same using models and preparing hand checks to confirm the calculations before quoting it to the clients. 2. Performing Funding updates on the quarterly/ mid-year basis for clients allocated to me using Risk Analyzer tools. 3. Doing monthly factor updates as per changes in the market conditions and rates. 4. Picking up accounting work based on FRS and US GAAP methods and preparing reports for the same.5. Completing valuations of various pension schemes for complex clients using advanced MS Excel models and Valuation tools.6. As a part of the Responsible Investment (RI) team, I summarized the fund manager's reports into concise findings to present that to respective shareholders for easier understanding of the results.
