  My job is to: • Detailed Mud testing both chemical and physical tests and product recommendations on assigned project(s), to ensure that the drilling fluid meets the specifications outlined in the Drilling Fluids Program. • To Perform additional Pilot testing of the fluid in order to improve/ optimize/ adapt treatments and minimize fluid and related drilling problems. • Prepare Daily Mud Report containing a brief but detailed summary of the past 24 hour’s operation, mud treatment & discussions, Well Site Inventory, Daily Mud Volume Accounting & Daily Product Concentrations. • Maintain a product inventory on location with sufficient products to meet all fluid- related requirements of the project. • Compliance with all HSE policies, and participation in the safety programs.• Regular discussion of required Mud treatments as per Drilling operations/Optimum drilling with Office.• Communication with the delivering warehouse on product availability for each drilling interval and any specialty chemicals required for the well. • Prepare Well recap, Phase Reports, Chemicals Consumption for each phase, Problem encountered during drilling & Causes Reports, & Well Completion Report with recommendation & Lesson Learned for Future Planning.
