  Main duties:- Research new projects, making trial test to find suitable variety for Vietnam climate, development new techniques and products, setting up raw material areas for agro product such as pepper, chili, ginger, etc.- Survey farmer field to estimate production for harvest crop, then give advise for Purchasing Department.- Setting up organic farm to comply with EU organic regulation.- Develop new product base on customer requirement.Key achievements:- Built an Organic Pepper Farm from clearance land, manage nursery to plantation. It has been certified EU & USDA Organic standars and operation well.- Many products have been released.- Raw material areas have been set.- Built a Farmer network for Sustainability Agriculture through pepper plantation areas.- Good proposal to save thousands USD for raw material purchasing at right time.- Develop many new products to satisfy customer demand.
