      As a Speech therapist my job scope includes involvement in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary services in the organization. For example: planning of service delivery model, coordinating assessments, placements and intervention in pediatric population (0-16years). I contributed to the development of a group therapy program for children with speech and language disorder and ASD. I have developed a Standard Protocol on ‘Training Program at SPD’. In the team, I see myself as a go-getter, a spirited leader and an active listener.As an interventionist I have been successful in delivering prompt therapy services with high quality fetching me credits for the progress of the students. My services include supporting teachers, therapists and parents, in addressing concerns related to the development of the child specific to speech and language disorders.Conducted training workshop for the parents/caregivers, Teachers, Special Ed teachers on the relevant topics.My diagnostic services include assessments and report writing, using standardized tools such as Goldman-Fristoe Test of Articulation, Peabody Picture Vocabulary test, PLS-5 Preschool Language Scales, Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals and SECS.
