Technical team lead for process development and design activities on various pilot projects (from the conceptual design phase through to detail design).2. Technical team lead in various pilot plant operational activities e.g. leaching, crystallisation of dissolved salts, electrolysis systems, drying systems, maintenance and operation of utilities etc. 3. Project manager for small to medium research and plant refurbishment projects (projects budgets up to R 5 Million). Project planning for medium to large projects (portfolio of multi-year projects with budget up to R 75 Million).4. Techno-economic studies (Pre-feasibility level).5. First aid officer.6.
