  I am the initiating Founder and President of the first Moot Court at The German University in Cairo.I was responsible for operating and supervising the Organization in its entirety, from 9 Board Officers to all Mooters and Commission Members. My prime responsibility is to guarantee the successful planning and execution of all TMC Operations and Events.I designed the following Mission and Vision of The Moot Court GUC:The Moot Court prepares future professionals and leaders of a better society, through extensive integration and development of legal skills, as well as interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. TMC aims to assist and encourage Mooters to obtain and maintain the aforementioned crucial attributes and develop into a stronger human being, a leader of a better tomorrow.Mooting is simulating court proceedings through competitive rounds, it is a simulation of all sorts of Courts and Laws. TMC will focus on International and Regional Courts of Law with a diverse set of Laws applicable to the cases, thereof. In light of Egypt’s Presidency of the African Union, this year, TMC will simulate the African Court of Justice and Human and Peoples’ Rights as its first ever Court Model.Through our journey, TMC Members will gain the skills of speech and expression; debate and discussion; research and analysis; and pleading and drafting.Recognizing the Sustainable Development Goals, TMC strives to achieve these Global Goals and raise awareness, thereto. Specifically, TMC will focus on SDG 16 which stands for Peace, justice, and strong institutions.Finally, TMC aims to pave the way for the development of the legal field both on campus and beyond, and promote the virtues of The Rule of LawWe work to become the shield that safeguards the civilized world from those who wish to do it harm. عرض أقل
