  As part of the Walt Disney World Operations Planning & Optimization team, I provide expertise and consultative support to enhance the Guest and Cast Member experiences as well as overall business results across Walt Disney World Resort and on occasion more broadly throughout Walt Disney Parks and Resorts globally. My role contributes in the planning and strategy phase of mid- to long-term systems and technology related strategies and initiatives; leveraging my operations background and subject matter expertise, along with external research.
