      In my role as Scrum Master I support the team to work with the principles and methods of Scrum and I moderate the meetings like the Daily Scrums or the Retrospectives. As part of the project management office for a broker transformation project I am responsible for the budget controlling, I support the project leads by the preparation for the steering committees and I manage reporting tools like Confluence. Furthermore I assist with the resource planning and the onboarding of new employees on the project. The position as Strategic Assistant enabled me to have insights in strategic topics and support the head of Broker by preparing presentations, organizing meetings or events and doing research and analysis tasks. In the department HR Talent Acquisition I assisted with the job advertisments and in employer branding actions on different platforms like kununu or glassdoor or in exhibitions. As an Innovation Manager I took part in initializing new innovative ideas by organizing and managing the ideas of employees to improve processes in the company. A part of it was the organization of a cooperation with hubs in the nearby surrounding where I participated. My first devision during my Dual Studies was Underwriting Marine where I gained knowledge about the product development, competitive analysis and portfolio streamlining in the insurance industry. This basic knowledge helped me during my international internship in Zürich whereby I was able to further increase my knowledge in the Underwriting area. In 2016 I started my Dual Studies in the insurance industry. At the beginning I had a training in General Insurance where I got to know several contracts and claims departments including automotive, property and casualty and legal protection insurances.
