The company analyses each project and funds the NGO for the cause. Ann Foundation of US involves providing spoken English and personality development classes online to students and teachers at the Kaifi Azmi School for Girls in Mijwan, Uttar Pradesh. The school is operated by Mijwan Welfare Society (MWS) headed by Ms. Shabana Azmi.The Ann Foundation project was launched in the first week of September, 2011 after Ms. Azmi and Ann Moideen met in New York to discuss how Ann Foundation could aid the MWS vision for empowerment of the people of Mijwan.Goals for UP project include the following:Help students develop proficiency in conversational EnglishHelp teachers develop proficiency in conversational EnglishSince the beginning of this project, we have started teaching young women in Standard XII and their teachers the basics of conversational English.
