New equipment installation, facilities projects (power system, Energy monitoring systems, HVAC, buildings..). Preparing RFQs, negotiation with external contractors, decision making (choosing best bidder). Responsible for managing the different phases of Projects, from the beginning to the Project finish. Documentation (RFQ, Expenditure request and reasoning, Project Management...), contractors control, H&S regulation... Commissioning, (start-up , qualification…) , establishing procedures for qualification in accordance with international standards.
